On-Site Services 

When you need business computer repairs, PC Answers! will send the best-qualified technician to your door as quickly as possible.  We pride ourselves on our ability to dispatch out a computer repair expert quickly - Same day or next day service in most cases.

PC Answers! now developed a maintenance package designed for homes, small businesses, and medium sized businesses needs called E.S.P.. Find out how your home & business and it's employees can benefit by having a technician by their side! 

Expertise - when you fill out a service request, we will send a business computer repair expert with experience in the type of problem you are having - the most qualified technician for your specific requirement. 

Pay only for the service you receive! - After the first hour, PC Answers! bills to the quarter hour. If the job takes 90 minutes, we will not round it up to 120 minutes! 

Service Agreements You Can Depend On -  Introducing our Elite Service Package or E.S.P.  The E.S.P. is a monthly service where our technicians arrive at your premises to perform any maintenance and necessary updates on your PC’s, around your company schedule.  This gives you peace of mind knowing that your computers are being taken care of and allows us to repair any minor troubles before they turn into significant problems.  

Looking for computer support at a fixed cost?  Our service agreements provide you the ability to budget and forecast your computer maintenance costs and provide a substantial discount over our per call service.  Typical services included in our service plans include:

Remove all dust from inside of computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, Wash all outside surfaces of computer console. Secure all internal and external cables.

Business Computer Repair Pricing:

Schedule Your Appointment Now! 
For on-site services in the La Crosse Area, we charge $50 for the first hour and $40 per hour thereafter.  Outside of the La Crosse/Onalaska city limits, our service rate is $75 per hour.  Minimum service duration is one hour. Fees do not include parts, shipping or taxes for new parts that are needed. All appointments require 2 hour notice of cancellation to avoid 1 hour minimum charge.
